About the Opportunity

Flint Consulting Ltd is seeking a dedicated Low Code Developer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on contributing to SAIP's Intellectual Property digital transformation program, designing and implementing robust enterprise solutions.

Role Summary

The Senior Low-Code / No-Code Developer will be responsible for the comprehensive design, development, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications. This includes workflows, forms, portals, dashboards, and process automation solutions, ensuring they meet the program's objectives and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise applications utilizing Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
• Design and configure business workflows, including approval processes, case management, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), routing, and escalations.
• Build dynamic web and mobile forms, self-service portals, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Configure business rules, validation, permissions, notifications, and approval logic.
• Integrate LCNC applications with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and API gateways.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), audit logging, security controls, and data governance.
• Manage the application lifecycle across Development, Test, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production environments.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, production support, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Integration Developers, Quality Assurance, and business stakeholders within an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise Low-Code/No-Code development experience.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise or government digital transformation projects.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the public sector or regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with Intellectual Property systems.
• Experience with BOT or Managed Services.
• Possession of relevant LCNC certifications.

Work Environment

This role operates within an Agile framework, requiring close collaboration with various technical and business stakeholders to deliver solutions effectively. The position is based in Riyadh.
