About the Role: Machine Operator, BOBST Die Cutters

Lamina Company is seeking a Machine Operator for BOBST Die Cutters to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position. The role involves the precise setup, operation, and monitoring of BOBST die-cutting machines to ensure the efficient and accurate production of packaging and related materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for the die-cutting process.
• Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications.
• Perform routine checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow production schedules to achieve output targets.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards.
• Identify and report any mechanical or production issues promptly.
• Execute basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all established safety procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with production and maintenance teams.
• Document production data for continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience required.
• Strong machine operation skills, specifically with BOBST die cutters or similar industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in quality control, including product inspection, defect identification, and ensuring adherence to production standards.
• Demonstrated experience working safely with machinery and hand tools in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and team members regarding production requirements and issues.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical or vocational training in machine operation is considered an advantage.
