The Role of Maintenance Engineer

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing and supervising building maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient infrastructure. The role requires adherence to GMP, EHS, and company requirements, with a focus on minimizing operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities with production and other relevant departments.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and shutdowns.
• Ensure proper building conditions, including civil works, painting, epoxy flooring, lighting, doors, and access systems.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with technical specifications, GMP, and safety requirements.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and work to minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and provide engineering support for building improvement projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
