Role Purpose

The Maintenance Engineer will manage and supervise building maintenance activities. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient building infrastructure while minimizing operational disruptions. Compliance with GMP, EHS, and company requirements is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production and other relevant departments.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and shutdowns.
• Ensure proper building conditions, including civil works, painting, epoxy flooring, lighting, doors, and access systems.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with technical specifications, GMP, and safety requirements.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain maintenance records and provide engineering support for building improvement projects.

• Technical: Advanced Computer Skills (job-related applications, Office, internet), Cost Estimation & Analysis, fluent English Language proficiency (reading and writing), and Maintenance Management (developing policies, planning costs, identifying preventive requirements).
