About the Role: Manager Data Modeling CDUP

Qiddiya is seeking a Manager Data Modeling CDUP to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on the design and implementation of robust data models. The successful candidate will be responsible for centralizing information from various sources for the CDU team, enhancing the existing PowerBI model to meet the analytical and reporting needs of the Qiddiya development division.

Key data sources for integration include cost data from Prism, time data from Primavera P6, risk data from Arm, metadata from Aconex related to documents and reports, and various internal spreadsheets and databases implemented by Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the existing data model strategy to cover all development analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure clear requirements are provided to data owners so they understand how their data is tagged for model incorporation.
  • Manage the data modeling team, which includes an AI modeling expert, an LLM modeling expert, and a database technician, assigning tasks to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Advise the Data Modeling and Performance & Analytics Director on best practices and potential solution enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Data Office to ensure proper governance of all data and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree educated in information services and/or data analytics.
  • Established experience (5-10 years) working as part of an owner's team on solutions for large and complex organizations.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Systems Development: Experience with implementing software solutions into established working environments, integrating existing software packages, and developing workflows and automated processes to enhance data capturing routines.
  • Intra-Organization Stakeholder Experience: Ability to effectively liaise with individuals across various experience and authority levels, understand technical solutions, and communicate how they solve problems.
  • Team Support and Development: Capability to assess individual and team performance to optimize efficiency, and provide support to individuals with diverse technical experience to encourage growth and development.
  • Effective Delivery within Large Organizational Structures: Proven ability to work within established organizational structures to effectively deliver defined outcomes and help manage messaging within Qiddiya to ensure trusted service implementation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress. Collaborate with other team members, adjacent teams, and external partners such as consultants.
