The Role: Manager Finance (MAS)

Qiddiya is seeking a Manager Finance (MAS) to join its finance team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to developing and maintaining robust financial models and analyses, providing critical support for strategic financial planning and operational decision-making across the organization's diverse projects and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and analyses covering revenues, costs, and funding requirements.
• Support the development of revenue streams, pricing logic, and detailed business cases for various City services.
• Conduct economic and financial analysis, including benchmarking, cost structure evaluations, and impact assessments.
• Assist in defining funding requirements and phasing, incorporating scenario analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide essential financial inputs for strategy formulation, operating model design, and business planning processes.
• Track and validate assumptions, data inputs, and methodologies consistently across various workstreams.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to gather necessary inputs and ensure the consistency and accuracy of financial outputs.
• Support the high-level design of finance governance, system, and data requirement planning, including providing inputs on data structures, reporting processes, and system needs.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• A master's degree or relevant professional certification is considered a significant advantage.

Professional Experience

Candidates should bring 5 to 10 years of proven experience in key financial disciplines such as financial analysis, financial modeling, business planning, or corporate finance. This experience is essential, particularly within complex organizational structures or large-scale development projects.
