About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Development Financial Analysis to join the Hospitality Team. This full-time role is responsible for shaping financial strategy for development projects, involving comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities and conduct feasibility studies. The position requires collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to deliver financial strategies that balance risk and opportunity, ensuring project success and alignment with Qiddiya's vision.

Strategic Financial Planning

This role involves analyzing macroeconomic, tourism, and sector trends to inform the hospitality team's long-term strategy. Key responsibilities include leading strategic planning initiatives, such as long-range forecasting, capital planning, and scenario modeling. The Senior Manager will translate strategic priorities into clear investment criteria and measurable performance targets, while also advising senior management on strategic initiatives, key risks, and value-creation opportunities.

Investment Analysis and Decision Support

The position oversees financial analysis for development opportunities, investment cases, and post-completion reviews. Responsibilities include preparing investment packs and executive-level presentations, conducting sensitivity analyses and risk assessments for major CAPEX requests and strategic projects. The role also supports external funding processes by preparing investor-ready financial statements and business cases.

Project and Portfolio Leadership

Collaboration with Development and hospitality leadership teams is essential to structure initiatives and guide project analysis. The Senior Manager will provide portfolio-level insights, performance diagnostics, and forecasts to senior management. Ensuring consistency and accuracy across feasibility studies and investment appraisals is a core function of this role.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Hotel Management, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in investment analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling, with a preference for experience within hotels, real estate, or consulting. Advanced financial modeling skills and strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis techniques are necessary.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent commercial judgment, with the ability to influence stakeholders, communicate effectively, and deliver clear, structured outputs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
