We are seeking a Manager Finance Operational Readiness (CORS) to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for establishing robust financial controls during the ramp-up phase of our projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations.

Role Overview

The Manager Finance Operational Readiness will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive financial control systems. This position plays a key role in navigating financial challenges and aligning practices with the company's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will ensure that financial operations adhere to established frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial control frameworks and policies to support operational ramp-up and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct thorough financial reviews to validate the accuracy and completeness of financial information during the ramp-up period.
• Monitor financial performance, identify anomalies, and provide insights to senior management for risk management and operational improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enforce compliance with internal controls.
• Lead financial audits and ensure the effective implementation of corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to finance staff on financial control processes and compliance requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance financial control systems to adapt to organizational changes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in financial control and operational readiness. The position requires strategic thinking and a detail-oriented approach to financial management.

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial control or a similar capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial control frameworks.
• Experience in conducting financial reviews and managing audits.
