Role Overview

The Manager of Finance Operational Readiness will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive financial control systems. The primary objective is to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations. This role is crucial for navigating challenges and ensuring financial practices align with the company's strategic goals during project ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial control frameworks and policies to support the ramp-up of operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct thorough financial reviews to validate the accuracy and completeness of financial information during the ramp-up period.
• Monitor financial performance and identify anomalies, providing insights to senior management for risk management and operational improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enforce compliance with internal controls.
• Lead financial audits and ensure that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Provide training and guidance to finance staff on financial control processes and compliance requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance financial control systems to adapt to organizational changes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master’s or MBA is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or auditing, preferably within large-scale projects or the entertainment sector.
