Manager Lean Management ( Nationals ONLY)

About the Role

FP is seeking a Manager Lean Management to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading management consulting projects, guiding a team of consultants and analysts, and assisting clients in resolving operational and business transformation challenges using Lean Management principles. The position requires extensive consulting experience to deliver sustainable results and demonstrate tangible impact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Add value to clients by addressing complex issues, delivering sustainable results, and demonstrating real impact.
• Advise clients, design, and implement Lean solutions to transform client organizations.
• Lead projects and manage team members, including developing junior staff through knowledge sharing and on-the-job coaching.
• Take accountability for project team performance, promptly addressing issues to ensure objectives remain on track.
• Introduce change and manage client expectations across all organizational levels, from top management to blue-collar roles.
• Adapt quickly to complex situations when working on multifaceted projects.
• Align with project sponsors and cross-functional teams regarding outcomes, decisions, and targets across all levels within a client’s organization.
• Assist in client acquisitions and actively support senior managers/principals with business development.
• Participate in further developing Lean Management concepts, products, and tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• An MBA or a relevant post-graduate degree is considered an advantage.
• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
