Well Way is seeking an Influencer Talent Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing influencer businesses and developing commercial cooperation opportunities with brands.

Role Overview

The Manager of Influencer Marketing will be responsible for overseeing influencer advertising accounts and fostering relationships with both influencers and brands. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to ensure successful collaborations and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage professional relationships with influencers and represent them to advertisers and brands.
• Handle advertising requests and commercial collaborations for influencers.
• Identify new advertising opportunities for influencers and work to increase their contracts and revenues.
• Negotiate advertising prices and contract terms to benefit all involved parties.
• Prepare commercial proposals and manage contracts and advertising agreements.
• Organize influencers' advertising schedules and coordinate shooting and publishing dates.
• Monitor the implementation of advertisements and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Follow up on financial entitlements and coordinate with the financial administration.
• Prepare periodic reports on advertisements, revenues, and individual influencer performance.
• Build long-term relationships with influencers, brands, and advertising agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Good understanding of the influencer market and social media advertising platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple influencers and advertising campaigns concurrently.
• High proficiency in organization, follow-up, and relationship management.
• Proficiency in preparing proposals and reports, and using Microsoft Office programs.
• Previous experience in influencer business management or advertising sales is an advantage.
• Possession of a network of relationships with influencers or brands is an advantage.
