About Qiddiya and the Programs & Learning Manager Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Manager, Programs & Learning to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to developing, implementing, and continuously improving high-quality, engaging, and industry-relevant learning content for an online academy. The academy focuses on best practices in real estate sales and leasing, supporting Qiddiya's strategic objectives.

The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit

The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) at Qiddiya is responsible for establishing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise. Its objectives include developing best practices to support the Sales & Leasing Operations team, ensuring consistency across projects, and providing ongoing training and development. The unit manages policies, procedures, standardized documents, tools, and an online training academy with a core sales and leasing curriculum. It also oversees the sales and leasing customer journey, including CRM, digital tools, and experience center requirements, while providing market intelligence and benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum strategy for real estate professionals, covering sales techniques, best practices, and product information.
  • Oversee the creation of structured online courses and training pathways that align with industry standards and Qiddiya's objectives.
  • Ensure the curriculum reflects current industry trends, standards, and practices, incorporating feedback from learners, instructors, and experts.
  • Collaborate with Qiddiya's Sales and Leasing Operations team, instructional designers, and external experts to ensure content quality and relevance.
  • Stay informed on real estate education and e-learning innovations, integrating new methodologies and technologies into curriculum delivery.
  • Support the development of course content specific to sales and leasing, including video lectures, e-learning modules, quizzes, assignments, and interactive activities.
  • Identify and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure the technical accuracy of the curriculum, including Qiddiya's projects.
  • Coordinate workshops, webinars, and masterclasses led by industry leaders to supplement the core curriculum.
  • Support the development of assessments, case studies, and practical exercises to measure learner understanding and application.
  • Define clear learning objectives and develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, collecting and analyzing data for refinement.
  • Ensure training programs adhere to quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Solicit feedback from participants, instructors, and stakeholders to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of curriculum developers and Instructional Designers, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and other resources in accordance with organizational guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Over 8 years of managerial experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or education, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing training curricula, course outlines, lesson plans, and learning materials.
  • Experience working with e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital content creation tools.
  • A track record of developing and delivering online training programs, ideally within the real estate sector or related industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the real estate and training industry.
  • Desirable: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
