About Qiddiya and the Manager Programs Role
Qiddiya is seeking a Manager Programs to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and is central to developing, implementing, and continuously improving high-quality, engaging, and industry-relevant learning content for an online academy. The academy focuses on best practices in real estate sales and leasing, supporting Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit
The Manager Programs operates within Qiddiya's Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU). This unit is responsible for establishing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise across the organization. Its strategic objectives include developing best practices to support the Sales & Leasing Operations team, ensuring consistency across projects, facilitating ongoing training and development for team members, and providing guidance for procedure and tool implementation. The PU also develops and manages policies, standardized documents, sales and leasing tools, and operations, including an online training academy and the customer journey.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum strategy for real estate professionals, covering sales techniques, best practices, and product information.
- Oversee the creation of structured online courses, training pathways, and content, including video lectures, e-learning modules, quizzes, and interactive activities.
- Ensure the curriculum reflects current industry trends, standards, and practices, incorporating feedback from learners, instructors, and experts.
- Regularly review and update course content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and high-quality standards.
- Develop assessments, case studies, and practical exercises to measure learners' understanding and application of content, monitoring progress and refining materials as needed.
- Define clear learning objectives and develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, collecting and analyzing data to refine content and delivery.
- Ensure training programs adhere to quality standards and industry regulations, reviewing content for accuracy and compliance.
- Solicit feedback from participants, instructors, and stakeholders to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Market Intelligence
- Collaborate with Qiddiya’s Sales and Leasing Operations team, instructional designers, and external experts to ensure content quality and relevance.
- Present curriculum strategies, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership, integrating feedback into continuous improvements.
- Identify and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to gather insights and ensure the technical accuracy of the curriculum, including Qiddiya projects.
- Coordinate workshops, webinars, and masterclasses led by industry leaders to supplement the core curriculum.
- Manage relationships with industry professionals, real estate experts, and guest instructors to enrich the learning experience.
- Stay informed on real estate education and e-learning trends to ensure the academy remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technologies into curriculum delivery.
Team Leadership and Program Oversight
- Lead and mentor a team of curriculum developers and instructional designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and other resources in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in program management, curriculum development, or a related field, preferably within real estate education or e-learning. A proven track record in developing and implementing high-quality learning content and managing teams is essential.
