About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a JANA Manager School Program to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the development and delivery of educational and cultural programming for schools, requiring 5-8+ years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to design and deliver educational and school-focused cultural programming. This involves engaging students and supporting their learning through structured cultural experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design structured educational programs aligned with school curricula and learning objectives.
• Develop age-appropriate cultural experiences, tours, and interactive activities, ensuring educational value.
• Build and manage relationships with schools, education authorities, and institutions.
• Coordinate scheduling, bookings, and participation of school groups, maintaining smooth communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee the on-site delivery of school programs, ensuring structured and safe experiences.
• Manage group flow, timing, and supervision of student visits, ensuring high-quality engagement and facilitation.
• Coordinate with Operations for logistics, access, and movement of school groups, ensuring readiness of spaces, guides, and facilitators.
• Track participation levels, engagement, and feedback from schools to continuously refine programs based on educational outcomes.
• Develop and manage the budget for school programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and monitoring costs within approved budgets.
• Identify and secure funding opportunities for school programs in collaboration with Commercial and Cultural Ecosystem teams.
• Support the development of partnerships, sponsorships, and institutional collaborations to enable program delivery.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-8+ years of experience with a strong background in educational programs, youth engagement, or structured visitor experiences.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering educational programs, learning experiences, or youth-focused initiatives.
• Strong understanding of age-appropriate content development and learning engagement methods.
• Experience aligning programs with educational objectives, curricula, or institutional requirements.
• Demonstrated experience working with schools, educational institutions, and education authorities or governing bodies.
• Ability to coordinate large volumes of school groups, including scheduling, communication, and participation management.
• Experience managing structured group visits with predefined timelines and requirements.
• Experience delivering guided tours, workshops, or structured group experiences in public or cultural environments.
• Strong facilitation skills to ensure engagement and smooth delivery.
• Experience in museums, cultural institutions, heritage sites, or educational attractions.
• Experience managing school visits in large public venues or events.
• Exposure to national or large-scale cultural programs is an advantage.

Operational and Safety Acumen

• Experience coordinating with operations teams to manage group movement and flow, scheduling, access, and on-site logistics.
• Strong awareness of health, safety, and safeguarding requirements for children and youth.
• Ability to ensure safe, structured, and well-supervised program delivery, maintaining safety and compliance standards.
