Role Summary

Team Saudi is seeking a Manager, Program Development and Accreditation to lead the development and accreditation of educational and research programs for the Saudi Olympic Academy. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires 0-1 years of experience. The role is responsible for ensuring that all academic offerings align with the Saudi Olympic Academy’s mission to foster Olympic values and excellence in sports education, managing program lifecycle activities, and supporting quality assurance initiatives.

Program Development and Enhancement

The Manager will drive the strategic growth and innovation of academic programs. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the design, development, review, and continuous improvement of academic and professional education programs.
• Ensuring programs align with the Saudi Olympic Academy's strategic priorities and the evolving needs of the sports sector.
• Developing program frameworks and conducting needs assessments and market analyses to identify emerging educational opportunities.
• Recommending new programs or enhancements based on identified needs and market trends.
• Fostering a culture of academic innovation and excellence, encouraging the exploration of new methodologies, research, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

Quality Assurance and Accreditation

This role ensures the highest standards of educational rigor and compliance. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring academic programs comply with national and international quality standards and accreditation requirements.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement to maintain the Saudi Olympic Academy’s reputation for educational excellence.
• Coordinating and managing all accreditation processes.
• Preparing necessary documentation and working with accrediting bodies to ensure programs meet the highest standards and regulatory requirements in local and international contexts.

Program Evaluation and Technology Integration

The Manager will oversee the assessment of program effectiveness and leverage technology for enhanced learning. This involves:

• Developing and implementing frameworks for monitoring program effectiveness using key performance indicators, learner feedback, assessment outcomes, and stakeholder input.
• Analyzing program performance data and preparing recommendations to improve curriculum quality, learner experience, and educational outcomes.
• Managing the integration of educational technologies into academic and professional learning programs to enhance learner engagement, accessibility, and the overall learning experience.

Collaboration and External Relations

Building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders is central to this role. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with faculty, instructional designers, researchers, sports experts, and external academic partners to develop high-quality educational offerings.
• Managing and liaising with accreditation agencies, educational institutions, professional associations, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong external relationships.
