About Noon Academy
Noon Academy is dedicated to transforming student learning by providing access to quality education that energizes students. The company focuses on solving complex problems and measures progress through revenues, student numbers, and learning gains. Noon Academy is currently building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia, aiming to expand to over 100 schools across the Kingdom and working towards an IPO.
The Opportunity
Noon Academy is seeking a Head of Content & Tracks to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role focused on designing and executing student enablement initiatives across various programs. The position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves shaping learning experiences that directly influence student achievement, engagement, and future readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall design of student initiatives across four core tracks: Academic Achievement, Future Career Skills, Aspirations & Interests, and Higher Education.
- Manage and develop the content team responsible for creating learning experiences, ensuring high standards of quality and impact.
- Design and execute monthly student experiences, including career days, volunteering days, university visits, skill workshops, and lab-based programs.
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and management of teachers and facilitators for programs and lab sessions.
- Coordinate session scheduling and ensure smooth program execution from a content and learning perspective.
- Collaborate with lab and operations teams to ensure effective execution of daily activities, workshops, and programs.
- Monitor student engagement and feedback to continuously refine initiatives and maximize their impact.
- Partner with Operations, Partnerships, and Product teams to align programs with broader organizational goals.
- Take responsibility for creating initiatives that improve student outcomes, motivation, and future readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of student development and learning ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to design engaging educational and enablement programs and activities.
- Ability to balance creative program design with effective operational execution.
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to be involved in day-to-day delivery.
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in running large-scale student events.
- Familiarity with the Saudi education and youth development landscape.
Work Environment
This role is based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders from Operations, Technology, Project Management, Learning, and Partnerships teams.
