About the Role

This full-time Manager position is based in Riyadh. The role involves comprehensive contract management, tendering, procurement support, and engineering and project coordination within the real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts for construction, design, consultancy, procurement, and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain standardized contract templates, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
• Participate in tender planning, bid evaluation, and contractor/consultant selection processes.
• Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to prepare RFPs, RFQs, and tender packages.
• Review commercial and technical submissions to ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, project management, and legal teams throughout project execution.
• Review technical specifications and ensure contractual requirements align with project scope.
• Provide contract guidance during construction and development phases.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, CCM, or equivalent are preferred. A strong understanding of construction contracts, with knowledge of FIDIC being essential, is required.

The role requires 8–12+ years of experience in contracts management, construction management, or commercial management within real estate development.
