About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is collaborating with a leading Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Market Access Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Context

The Market Access Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure and maximize market access for pharmaceutical products. This involves engaging with key stakeholders and local health authorities to understand market requirements and facilitate patient access programs. The role also includes building strategic partnerships and providing training on health economics and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to obtain and maximize market access.
• Partner with key market stakeholders and centers to understand and elicit market access requirements.
• Facilitate patient access programs and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare companies.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration with local health authorities, including MOH and NUPCO.
• Provide health economic and value training to field support teams and communicate the role of market access through presentations.
• Ensure the development of pricing strategies that align with local team objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must be nationals of Saudi Arabia to comply with Saudization requirements.
• Good knowledge of regulatory policies and pricing strategies.
• Strong network within the market access industry and customer base.
• Candidates should be available for face-to-face interviews in Riyadh.

Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required for this position.
