About the Role

GFinders is seeking a Market Expansion Manager to lead commercial growth initiatives in Saudi Arabia, specifically across Riyadh or Dammam. This full-time leadership position is pivotal for establishing and expanding the brand's market presence, encompassing strategic distributor recruitment and the development of the e-commerce footprint.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Market Expansion Manager will operate with significant autonomy, balancing high-level business development with on-the-ground channel management. This role involves taking full ownership of the P&L and market share for the assigned region, leading and mentoring a team to achieve and exceed commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the market penetration roadmap, utilizing deep market intelligence to identify and capture new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture a robust network of distributors, retailers, and wholesalers, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Lead digital transformation by developing and optimizing e-commerce distribution channels to ensure brand dominance both offline and online.
• Direct high-impact marketing initiatives and manage agency relationships to maintain brand preference for quality office supplies.
• Mentor a high-performing business development team and report directly on market growth, KPIs, and operational excellence to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of strong commercial exposure within the FMCG sector. Experience in office supplies and stationery is an advantage.
• Demonstrated commercial responsibility with a solid understanding of market dynamics.
• Proven strategic and commercial acumen.
• Strong experience in sales and marketing strategy development and implementation.
• Proven leadership capability in driving team performance and achieving business targets.
• Strong exposure to Traditional Trade is essential. Experience in Modern Trade and e-commerce is an added advantage.
• Track record in managing distributors and wholesalers, including distributor development, performance monitoring, and channel expansion initiatives.
• Must be a native Arabic speaker and able to sponsor their own visa.

Compensation and Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh or Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The compensation for this role is SAR 35,000 per month, inclusive of all fixed fees, CDMI, and reimbursements.
