We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager Connected Care META to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to leading the strategic marketing agenda for the Connected Care segment across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region.

The Marketing Manager will drive demand creation, market development, portfolio growth, customer engagement, launch excellence, and commercial enablement to support sustainable and profitable growth across the Connected Care portfolio. The role serves as the regional voice of the customer and market, translating global and META marketing strategies into locally relevant execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Connected Care META marketing strategy, aligning with global priorities and regional business objectives.
• Lead the development of annual operating plans, marketing strategies, growth initiatives, and budget allocation.
• Identify emerging customer needs, healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities across META.
• Develop portfolio strategies to maximize market penetration and profitable growth, leading product lifecycle management activities including launch readiness and commercialization.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing and Platform Leaders to localize value propositions, messaging, and customer engagement strategies.
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership to drive commercial growth and revenue acceleration initiatives, developing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, healthcare policy developments, and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Lead commercialization planning and execution for new products and digital health solutions, developing launch strategies and customer adoption programs.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and resource allocation, supporting annual operating plans and forecasting processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional marketing talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and accountability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, commercial leadership, product management, or business development.
• Experience within the Medical Devices, MedTech, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Digital Health industries.
• Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams within a complex matrix organization.
• Proven experience managing successful regional product launches and commercial growth initiatives.
