Marketing Manager Roastery / Coffee

About the Role

Qureos is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Coffee, Roastery, F&B, or FMCG sectors. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional who understands the Saudi market and possesses strong industry connections. The role focuses on building brand presence and driving business growth for both B2B and consumer segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth objectives.
• Build brand awareness within the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
• Develop B2B marketing initiatives and support client acquisition efforts.
• Manage marketing campaigns, social media, digital marketing activities, events, and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to achieve business targets.
• Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and other partners.
• Track campaign performance and prepare comprehensive marketing reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on Coffee, Roastery, F&B, or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
• A robust professional network within the coffee, F&B, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated experience in brand building, B2B marketing, and digital marketing.
• Saudi/GCC experience is preferred.
