Boutiqaat is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, engage customers, and drive business growth. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading marketing initiatives across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
• Create campaigns across digital, social media, public relations, and influencer partnerships.
• Build customer-focused marketing plans tailored to diverse audience segments.
• Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and company vision.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to achieve business results.
• Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution.
• Oversee the creation of content, including videos, digital assets, and advertising materials.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to established standards.
• Evaluate promotional activities and apply insights to future strategies.
• Work with creative, media, and design teams to maintain brand identity.
• Strengthen media relationships and maximize brand visibility.
• Oversee content development, editing, proofreading, and storytelling.
• Partner with purchasing and sales teams for new product and brand launches.
• Lead the planning and execution of launch events, media activations, and brand experiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Track KPIs, customer engagement, and return on investment.
• Utilize website analytics and marketing technologies for insights.
• Deliver reports and presentations to senior management with actionable recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing communications team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in monitoring campaign performance and utilizing data for decision-making.
