About the Role

Well Way is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a strategic mindset and strong capabilities in leading and organizing marketing operations, overseeing campaign execution, and analyzing and developing results. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and plans for clients.
• Review and approve plans and campaigns submitted by the marketing team.
• Supervise marketing and digital campaigns, monitoring their performance and results.
• Develop marketing ideas and initiatives aligned with each project's objectives.
• Define marketing objectives and indicators, and continuously measure performance.
• Analyze campaign results, identify improvement opportunities, and take necessary actions.
• Directly supervise marketing employees, distributing and monitoring tasks.
• Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign integration.
• Prepare marketing reports and recommendations for management and clients.
• Monitor the market and competitors, identifying opportunities and marketing trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven work experience in marketing and digital campaign management.
• Strong ability to build marketing strategies and plans.
• Experience in managing and reviewing paid advertising campaigns.
• Ability to interpret and analyze performance indicators and results.
• Leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to translate client objectives into actionable and measurable marketing plans.
• Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok platforms.

Work Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh.
