About the Role

Boutiqaat is seeking a Marketing Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves transforming marketing strategies into actionable campaigns and ensuring their successful execution. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Overview

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for bringing brands, products, celebrities, influencers, and promotional campaigns to life. This includes moving between strategic planning and execution, coordinating creative partnerships, managing activations, and tracking performance to meet campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, activations, events, and celebrity-led initiatives.
• Translate campaign objectives into clear briefs, timelines, deliverables, and execution plans, ensuring all information is ready prior to launch.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to the required standard.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, celebrity teams, brands, influencers, and internal stakeholders to integrate campaigns.
• Support the identification and coordination of appropriate celebrity and influencer partnerships for brands and products.
• Build and maintain long-term celebrity relationships to ensure consistent brand visibility and exposure.
• Ensure celebrity and influencer content adheres to approved brand guidelines and requirements.
• Coordinate social media campaigns, digital advertising, online promotions, celebrity content, and other digital marketing activities.
• Execute brand activations through events, displays, product promotions, and customer-facing experiences.
• Ensure all touchpoints, digital or physical, reflect the campaign idea, brand identity, and product priorities.
• Monitor the performance of assigned brands and products against agreed sales targets.
• Support campaigns designed to drive new product launches, awareness, visibility, and sales.
• Identify creative opportunities to enhance product visibility and commercial performance.
• Track campaign results, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor campaign expenditures to ensure activities remain within approved budgets.
• Maintain campaign, partnership, budget, and performance trackers.
• Prepare regular campaign and sales performance reports.
• Keep stakeholders informed about campaign progress, challenges, risks, and required actions.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including celebrities, influencers, and brands.
• Proficiency in tracking campaign performance and managing budgets.
