About the Role

Little Kitchen Help is seeking a professionally trained and experienced Massage Therapist to join a prestigious ultra-luxury private hospitality operation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires strong practical treatment skills, excellent guest-service standards, and the ability to work discreetly within a high-end and private environment. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage and wellness treatments according to guest requirements.
• Conduct appropriate consultations and identify suitable treatments.
• Provide treatments safely, professionally, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before and after each treatment.
• Maintain guest privacy, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
• Ensure a high standard of personal presentation and professional conduct.
• Provide a calm, professional, and personalized guest experience.
• Maintain appropriate treatment records where required.
• Ensure all products and equipment are used correctly and safely.
• Report any concerns or incidents to management.
• Maintain knowledge of professional massage techniques and wellness treatments.

Required Skills and Treatment Experience

Candidates should possess professional training and experience in various massage and wellness treatments. A clear skills profile specifying the level of training and practical experience in each treatment is required, including:

• Swedish Massage
• Deep-Tissue Massage
• Sports Massage
• Thai Massage
• Aromatherapy Massage
• Reflexology
• Other professionally recognized massage and wellness treatments

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant professional experience as a Massage Therapist.
• Recognized professional training and relevant certifications.
• Experience within luxury spas, 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, private residences, or high-end wellness environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of professional massage techniques and treatment procedures.
• Excellent hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Strong awareness of guest privacy, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm, professional, and service-oriented approach.
• High standards of personal presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional wellness team.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to maintain consistent service standards.

Practical Assessment

A practical skills assessment will be part of the selection process. Shortlisted candidates will be required to demonstrate their treatment techniques and practical ability. The assessment will evaluate technical massage skills, treatment knowledge, professional handling and guest care, hygiene and safety standards, communication and professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a high-quality luxury wellness experience.
