Mechanic I EJAR

About the Role

Zahid Tractor is seeking a Mechanic-I-EJAR to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves performing preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and repairs on machines and equipment both in the workshop and in the field. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect machines and equipment to assess their general condition.
• Execute preventive maintenance services and repairs to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct TA1 inspections and prepare reports for supervisor review, as required.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including time sheets and service reports.
• Document and report any defects, damage, misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance observed on inspected equipment.
• Work overtime when operational needs require.
• Be prepared to work at various locations across the Kingdom as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices for tools, workshop equipment, and work bays.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Proficiency in conducting preventive maintenance services.

Internal and External Interactions

This role involves regular interaction with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.

• Internal Contacts: Service Admins for job time posting and reports, and Supervisors for job scheduling and technical advice/assistance.
• External Contacts: Customers for validating machine fault locations and scheduling.

Reporting Structure

The Mechanic-I-EJAR will report directly to the Rental Supervisor, ensuring clear communication and alignment with operational goals.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential requirements to work at various locations across the Kingdom. The role demands flexibility to work overtime as needed.
