About the Role: Medical Specialist - Physiotherapy

Bupa Arabia is seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Specialist to join their Home Health Care and Corporate Health Centers team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves delivering general and specialized physiotherapy services directly to patients in their homes, focusing on personalized care and rehabilitation support. The primary purpose is to assess, plan, treat, and manage patients' physical health needs to optimize mobility, function, quality of life, and recovery from various physical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose physical limitations, impairments, and functional abilities of patients.
• Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Administer physiotherapy techniques, exercises, and interventions to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Rehabilitation Support and Progress Monitoring: Provide ongoing rehabilitation support, regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes. Communicate updates and modifications to patients and their families.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, self-management techniques, and preventive measures, providing clear instructions to support their recovery.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans and progress notes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies regarding documentation.
• Professional Development: Stay informed about advancements in physiotherapy techniques, research, and technology. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

This role is based in Riyadh and is part of the Home Health Care and Corporate Health Centers team at Bupa Arabia. The position is full-time, focusing on delivering direct patient care in a home setting.
