About the Mentorship Manager Role

Noon Academy is seeking a Mentorship Manager for a full-time position based in Riyadh. This role requires over 10 years of experience and involves comprehensive ownership of the mentorship function. The Mentorship Manager will be responsible for the advisor network, student assignment and follow-up processes, performance standards for advisors, and the monthly advisor compensation cycle. This is a data-driven operational role where guidance metrics are a primary management tool, and the role holder is responsible for defining and establishing these metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a distributed network of full-time and part-time Student Advisors and their supervisors, covering recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
• Establish appropriate supervisory spans to ensure effective team management.
• Align the size of the advisor network with student volumes across various programs.
• Translate effective student guidance into measurable standards, including assigned student portfolio coverage, initial contact speed, follow-up continuity, and student learning activity.
• Manage the performance evaluation cycle for advisors and supervisors, making decisions based on performance data.
• Oversee the student journey from receiving partner student lists through assignment to active learning.
• Define student assignment rules, ensure full coverage, maintain service-level standards for initial contact, and re-engage inactive students.
• Manage the monthly Student Advisor compensation cycle in coordination with the Finance team.
• Design an incentive model that links compensation directly to outcomes.
• Manage cost per activated student as a key operational metric and provide leadership with proposals supported by calculated operational costs.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Student Guidance performance reports for leadership.
• Provide the Student Guidance section of partner reports and represent the department in follow-up and performance review meetings with partners.
• Own the Student Guidance platform and related operating procedures.
• Identify operational and technology needs, collaborate with Product and Data teams for delivery, and build customized operational tools when required.
