About the Role

Wipro is seeking a Microsoft System Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires strong hands-on experience in Microsoft infrastructure, Azure, networking, and enterprise IT support. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Microsoft System Engineer will be responsible for managing Microsoft Experience Centers, providing support for Azure environments, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure. This position also involves ensuring AV readiness and delivering onsite technical support to users and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering Windows Server and providing infrastructure support.
• Supporting Azure Identity Management and applying Azure Fundamentals.
• Troubleshooting network, firewall, LAN/WAN/WLAN issues.
• Managing datacenter operations, server deployment, and site support.
• Supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Surface Hub, and other AV systems.
• Administering enterprise infrastructure and managing hardware lifecycle.
• Providing technical operations and support for customer demos and events.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, Azure, networking, and enterprise IT support.
• Demonstrated experience in Windows Server Administration and infrastructure support.
• Proficiency in Azure Identity Management and Azure Fundamentals.
• Experience with network, firewall, LAN/WAN/WLAN troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with datacenter operations, server deployment, and site support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Surface Hub, and AV systems support.
• Background in enterprise infrastructure administration and hardware lifecycle management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on onsite technical support and infrastructure management within an enterprise IT environment.
