Middle East Credit Control Junior Specialist

About the Role

Boston Consulting Group (KSA) is seeking a Middle East Credit Control Junior Specialist to join its Commercial Finance team in Riyadh. This temporary position is for a 9-month maternity cover and is ideal for a highly motivated and analytical individual with 0-1 years of experience and a strong understanding of accounts receivable, financial, and business reporting. The primary focus of this role will be on accounts receivable, invoice tracking, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Accounts in tracking and collecting payments.
• Upload invoices in Etimad and monitor payment statuses.
• Manage client relationships and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Prepare for MDP meetings and execute assigned actions.
• Contribute to the monthly cash forecast and identify any gaps to ensure effective cash flow management.
• Act as the single point of contact for Wrike updates and promote its usage within the Credit Control Team.
• Allocate payments for accounts under management.
• Respond to all accounts receivable-related queries, including Statements of Account (SoAs) and other documentation.
• Understand and ensure compliance with both internal and external deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field and demonstrate good knowledge of accounts receivable, financial, and business reporting principles.
