About the Role

TawanTech is seeking an experienced Mobile Banking - T24 Software Tester to join our banking technology team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of mobile banking solutions.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating Mobile Banking applications that are integrated with the Temenos T24 Core Banking System. This involves ensuring high-quality software delivery, a seamless customer experience, and strict compliance with established banking standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Mobile Banking applications.
• Perform end-to-end testing of Mobile Banking transactions integrated with Temenos T24 Core Banking.
• Validate Retail Banking functionalities, including Account Management, Fund Transfers, Bill Payments, Beneficiary Management, Card Services, and Mobile Authentication.
• Execute various testing types such as Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, UAT, and API Testing.
• Verify integration between Mobile Banking channels and T24 Core Banking modules.
• Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and User Stories.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate defect management tools.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to resolve identified issues.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
• Validate security, authentication, and authorization scenarios within the applications.
• Support production releases and conduct post-deployment verification.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint testing activities.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports, test evidence, and quality documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of software testing experience specifically within the banking sector.
• Hands-on experience with the Temenos T24 Core Banking System.
• Strong experience in Mobile Banking application testing.
• Solid understanding of Banking Operations and Retail Banking products.

Essential Skills and Tools

• Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar.
• Proficiency in API Testing using Postman or SoapUI.
• Good knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic banking technology team at TawanTech. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile banking solutions.
