About the Senior T24 Test Engineer Role

TawanTech is seeking a Senior T24 Test Engineer with extensive experience in software testing within banking or financial systems. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior T24 Test Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex banking and financial systems. This involves leading comprehensive test initiatives, from planning and design to execution, and providing mentorship to junior QA engineers to maintain high standards of quality and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, estimation, and strategy development for complex systems.
• Design, implement, and execute both manual and automated test cases, covering UI, API, and End-to-End scenarios.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, ensuring adherence to process and quality standards.
• Execute performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner, and manage service virtualization environments.
• Collaborate effectively with development, business, and project teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage across all systems.
• Prepare detailed defect reports, test metrics, and quality dashboards to communicate testing progress and outcomes.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and coordinate with stakeholders for final project sign-off.

Required Technical Skills and Tools

• Strong expertise in automation tools including Selenium, Appium, and various API automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines, utilizing tools such as Jenkins and Git.
• Solid understanding of performance engineering principles and load analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated strong reporting and analytical skills for test results and quality metrics.

Preferred Domain Expertise

• Core Banking systems, particularly T24 – Temenos.
• SAS RMS & SAS AML Systems.
• Murex Trading & Risk Platform.
• Oracle APEX Applications.
• Card Management Systems (Credit, Debit, Prepaid).
• ERP / CRM Systems.
