About the Moderator Role at Noble Horizon

Noble Horizon is seeking a Moderator to join its operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of the platform by ensuring all advertisements and listings adhere to established posting standards. The Moderator will operate from the back office, focusing on content review and validation.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this position is to review and validate user-submitted ad requests, ensuring all content aligns with Noble Horizon’s guidelines. The Moderator is also responsible for identifying and reporting any fraudulent or suspicious activities to safeguard the user experience and platform integrity. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve user-submitted advertisements in accordance with Noble Horizon’s posting guidelines.
• Process ad and subscription requests, verifying payment confirmation and compliance before publication.
• Identify and report fake, misleading, or scam advertisements promptly to protect platform integrity.
• Verify that all listings meet specified content and image quality standards.
• Communicate professionally and timely with users regarding ad status, including approvals, rejections, or requests for clarification.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all moderation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to resolve ad-related issues efficiently.
• Generate regular reports on moderation trends, common violations, and identified fraud cases.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve moderation processes and enhance overall user safety on the platform.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience in ads moderation, customer operations, or platform support.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, and familiarity with online publishing tools.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating within Noble Horizon's operations team. The role involves working in a back-office setting, focusing on content review and platform integrity.
