Net Revenue Management Assistant Manager Role

Arla Foods is seeking a Net Revenue Management Assistant Manager (NRM) to support the NRM agenda in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves identifying and supporting initiatives across pricing, promotion, pack, and mix strategies to drive sustainable value creation. The role reports to the Senior NRM Manager, KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of NRM strategies across price, pack, promotion, and mix levers to identify profitable growth opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using internal and external sources to identify margin enhancement opportunities and commercial efficiencies.
• Assist in promotion effectiveness evaluations, providing insights to optimize frequency, depth, and ROI of trade investments.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and analytical tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Category, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between NRM insights and commercial plans.
• Drive a one-commercial mindset, promoting collaboration and embedding NRM thinking across the business.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in FMCG, preferably within commercial finance, category development, revenue management, or analytics.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills combined with a commercial mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization tools (*, Power BI) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with retail audit or Nielsen data is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time role.
