- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software delivery, configuration validation, and technical issue resolution.
- Liaise with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and upstream providers for network interconnection and peering activities.
- Define and support network monitoring requirements, including SNMP, NetFlow, telemetry feeds, dashboards, and NOC/SOC integration.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including configurations, topology diagrams, as-built records, and operational manuals.
- Support knowledge transfer and provide training to Operations & Maintenance teams on troubleshooting, escalation procedures, and network tools.
- Collaborate with planning, design, construction, operations, and cybersecurity teams to ensure successful network delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in IP networking, resilience, and proactive monitoring.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IP network design, implementation, and operations.
- Strong technical knowledge across various networking domains.
- Experience in network testing, troubleshooting, and operational readiness.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Desired Skills and Certifications
- Professional networking certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Juniper JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIE.
- Experience in large-scale smart city or digital infrastructure programs.
- Familiarity with SDN, network automation, cloud networking, and network monitoring/analytics platforms.
Work Environment and Collaboration
