About the Role

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and maintain switching operations, ensuring that switches and other related services operate effectively on a 24/7 basis. The Network Operations Analyst will perform duties in strict adherence to stipulated business policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain switching operations to ensure maximum network availability.
• Oversee the installation of central and remote switches as per received requests.
• Manage and maintain central and remote switches, ensuring their continuous readiness 24/7.
• Manage and maintain the operations of central and remote switches to provide efficient service during emergency situations.
• Work towards reducing switch-related complaints by improving the resolution process for customer issues.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in network operations or a related field.
