About the Opportunity

National Medical Care is seeking a Neurology Technician to join our dedicated team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to performing essential neurological diagnostic procedures within a clinical setting.

Role Overview

The Neurology Technician is responsible for carrying out all neurological diagnostic procedures within the Physiological Testing department, as prescribed by physicians. This role ensures the accurate execution of tests in strict adherence to departmental policies and procedures, operating under the direct supervision of the Physiological Testing Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion, and understanding for every patient served at Care Hospitals and Clinics.
• Perform procedures including EEGs, nerve conduction studies, EMG, ABR, and Evoked Potentials, as ordered by the referring Physician.
• Maintain the work area and ensure all equipment is kept in proper working order.
• Accurately log data, type results, and file reports and EEG tracings.
• Conduct work in a professional manner and strictly maintain patient and staff confidentiality.
• Comply with all department policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing education programs developed by the department, such as Department Policy and Procedure, Fire Safety, Risk Management, and Environmental Control.
• Adhere to the hospital dress code.
• Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a relevant clinical or technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to perform neurological diagnostic procedures accurately.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to medical protocols.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Physiological Testing department of National Medical Care. The role involves working in a dynamic clinical environment, collaborating with medical professionals to provide diagnostic services.
