About the Role: Nursing Assistant

IIQAF Group is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team in Al Muhammadiyah District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting patient care within our healthcare and hospital operations. We are looking for a compassionate individual with 0-1 years of experience in patient assistance and clinical support, offering a competitive salary range of SAR 7,500 – SAR 8,500 per month.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Nursing Assistant plays a crucial role in enhancing patient well-being and supporting the medical team. This position is integral to our healthcare and hospital operations, focusing on direct patient assistance and clinical support. The successful candidate will contribute to a safe and caring environment by monitoring vital signs and assisting nurses with daily healthcare procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals with patient care activities.
  • Support patients with daily living tasks, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
  • Monitor and accurately record vital signs and patient observations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control in patient areas.
  • Provide assistance with patient transfers and mobility support.
  • Prepare patient rooms, medical equipment, and necessary supplies.
  • Maintain accurate patient care records and documentation.
  • Offer emotional support and comfort to patients.
  • Adhere strictly to hospital safety procedures and healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or certification in Nursing Assistance, Healthcare Support, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience; prior experience in a hospital or clinical environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of patient care procedures and infection control standards.
