About the Opportunity

PrimeGate for Communications and IT is seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant with specialized expertise in Finance, Procurement, and HR. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Odoo Functional Consultant will play a key role in ensuring that Odoo systems effectively meet the operational and strategic needs of various departments, with a particular focus on finance, procurement, and human resources. This involves optimizing system usage and aligning procedures with established ERP best practices and adopted standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze functional requirements from various business units.
• Document existing and proposed business processes comprehensively.
• Configure Odoo systems to align with departmental needs and organizational objectives.
• Provide support for system integration, testing phases, and user training activities.
• Ensure operational procedures are continuously optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promote efficient system usage in adherence to ERP best practices and adopted organizational standards.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated deep understanding of financial and governmental procedures and systems.
• Proficiency with leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong business analysis and communication skills to accurately interpret requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Experience and Certifications

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant functional consulting role. A professional certification in ERP or in the fields of finance, procurement, or HR is preferred for this position.
