This full-time position involves developing, customizing, and maintaining the Odoo ERP system to align with our business objectives within the real estate sector. We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background in Odoo development who can leverage their expertise to create efficient solutions that improve our operational workflows.

Role Purpose and Collaboration

As an Odoo Technical Developer, you will work closely with our functional consultants and end-users to gather requirements, implement new features, and troubleshoot any issues that arise within the system. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our Odoo platform operates smoothly and meets the demands of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced custom Odoo modules aligned with business needs.
• Define and lead the technical architecture of the Odoo ERP environment.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into scalable Odoo solutions.
• Develop and manage secure REST API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Build and customize QWeb reports and business documents (PDF, invoices, contracts).
• Monitor, optimize, and improve PostgreSQL database performance and system efficiency.
• Identify root causes of system issues and implement permanent technical solutions.
• Plan and execute Odoo version upgrades and module migrations.
• Establish coding standards and ensure high-quality, maintainable development practices.
• Collaborate with functional teams to improve automation and operational workflows.
• Document technical designs, customizations, and system changes clearly and accurately.

Required Experience and Expertise

Candidates for this role should possess 4 years of experience in Odoo development. A strong technical background in Odoo is essential, demonstrating the ability to apply expertise in creating effective and efficient solutions.
