The Role: Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a highly organised, operations-minded Executive Assistant to support Managing Directors in a full-time capacity. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is central to ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, optimising workflows, and enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-driven, solutions-focused, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end diary management, ensuring time is optimised and priorities are aligned.
- Coordinate meetings and logistics, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and managing room/VC bookings.
- Manage complex travel operations, coordinating flights, hotels, visas, trains, and cars to ensure cost-effective, seamless itineraries.
- Handle financial administration, processing expenses, submitting invoices, and liaising with finance and billing teams.
- Maintain Salesforce activity and data accuracy to support pipeline visibility.
- Produce, format, and quality-check documents across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate events and venues, managing logistics for internal and client events.
- Oversee onboarding operations for new joiners, ensuring operational readiness.
- Manage team operations, including maintaining holiday records and providing EA holiday cover.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, track actions, and ensure follow-through.
- Support internal communications, including newsletters and team updates.
- Manage general administrative tasks and operational workflows.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- 0-1 years of professional experience.
- Ability to proactively anticipate needs, streamline processes, and maintain operational discipline across the team.
- Demonstrated calm under pressure, a detail-driven approach, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders.
