The Role: Engagement Manager, Banking & Financial Services

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead project teams within the banking and financial services sector in Riyadh. This full-time role requires experienced professionals who can drive lasting change for clients. Engagement Managers are responsible for leading projects day-to-day, guiding teams through problem-solving processes from initial hypothesis generation to solution convergence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the banking and financial services sector.
• Manage the problem-solving process from initial hypothesis collection to solution development.
• Ensure recommendations are practical, relevant, and cohesive.
• Provide thought leadership at a strategic level.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of professional experience, preferably within banking and financial services or management consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Expertise in industry- and discipline-specific knowledge relevant to financial services.
