The Engagement Manager Role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager for its Banking & Financial Services practice in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience. Engagement Managers lead project teams, guiding them through problem-solving processes from initial hypothesis generation to solution convergence. The role involves ensuring that recommendations are practical, relevant, and cohesive, requiring both strategic thought leadership and command of technical and operational execution details. Strong communication skills and the ability to build robust relationships are essential.

Key Responsibilities
