The Operations team is crucial for ensuring seamless travel booking, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction by managing reservations, travel requests, and operational processes.

The Onboarding Associate Role

FlyAkeed is seeking an Onboarding Associate to join its Operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing the customer onboarding journey from contract signing through Go Live, ensuring a smooth implementation experience. The Onboarding Associate will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate onboarding activities, track progress, and ensure all requirements are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process through Go Live.
• Lead onboarding and project kickoff meetings with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate implementation with internal teams.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely support throughout the onboarding journey.
• Monitor, follow up, and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and provide regular status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and enhance the customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers throughout the service implementation process.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong ability to lead customer onboarding meetings and manage customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and task/project management tools.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in FlyAkeed's office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic Operations team, contributing to the efficient onboarding of new clients and the continuous improvement of customer experience.
