About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking a One Identity Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on the administration and support of identity and access management solutions within an enterprise environment.

Role Purpose

The One Identity Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of identity services. This involves managing the identity lifecycle, user provisioning, and access management, while also providing technical support and ensuring seamless operations through troubleshooting and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and provide comprehensive support for One Identity services.
• Support identity lifecycle processes, user provisioning, and access management functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to synchronization, authentication, and other identity-related challenges.
• Support integrations, system changes, upgrades, testing, and deployments of One Identity solutions.
• Perform incident troubleshooting and conduct root-cause analysis for system issues.
• Coordinate effectively with Security teams, Infrastructure teams, business users, and external vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-transfer activities within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically with One Identity solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with One Identity Manager and identity lifecycle processes.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
• Experience in user provisioning and access management practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support system upgrades and integrations.
• Good understanding of ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Release processes.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
• Excellent coordination abilities to manage tasks and collaborate across teams.

Work Arrangement

This full-time position requires the ability to work onsite in Riyadh or offshore, depending on specific project requirements.
