About the Opportunity

NTU International A/S is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts for an upcoming project titled "Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf." We are seeking an Online Content Manager to join this pool, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time role involves short-term, on-demand assignments over the 36-month project implementation period.

Project Context and Objective

The overall objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical, and logistical communication support to DG MENA. The role contributes to the planning, development, and implementation of day-to-day communication activities, aiming to strengthen the visibility, outreach, and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives, and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update website and online platform content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Draft, edit, and publish web content in line with communication objectives and editorial guidelines.
• Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, accessible, and user-friendly.
• Coordinate with communication specialists, designers, and technical teams to publish multimedia content.
• Support the implementation of digital communication campaigns through online channels.
• Monitor website content performance and support basic web analytics and reporting.
• Maintain content consistency, quality, and compliance with EU branding and communication standards.
• Assist with content planning, quality assurance, and routine website maintenance.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Online Content Manager position should possess 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in managing online content, digital communications, or a related field. Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and an understanding of web content best practices are essential.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a part-time role, with assignments mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis. The position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the project's regional communication efforts.
