Role Overview

The Operational Excellence Associate Manager will be responsible for driving process improvement efforts and analyzing operational performance. This includes identifying performance gaps, recommending solutions, and collaborating with various teams to improve customer experience and service delivery. The role also supports digital transformation and continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Analyze operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement actions.
• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and process standardization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Support digital transformation, workflow automation, and change management initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement practices across operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Business Process Management, or Operations.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
