Role Overview

The Operational Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Wooden Coffee's operations. This position involves monitoring key performance indicators, identifying areas for process improvement, and collaborating with various departments to implement changes that enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and support branch sales performance.
• Track operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with different departments to implement changes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Support projects and initiatives, including new product launches, branch improvements, and training efforts.
• Maintain clear communication with management and branch teams.
• Prepare regular operational reports.
• Address operational issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company policies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active participation in the daily operations of Wooden Coffee branches.
