About the Role

Al-Enjaz Company is seeking an Operations Engineer to join its operational team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is dedicated to supporting multi-disciplinary facility management operations within the company.

Position Summary

As an Operations Engineer, you will be an integral part of Al-Enjaz Company's operational team, focusing on facility management. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of multi-disciplinary facility operations, requiring a proactive approach to daily tasks and a commitment to operational excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high standards across all FM service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Operations Manager in the daily execution of facility management tasks.
• Facilitate coordination among different facility management service lines and technical crews.
• Ensure the enforcement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to facility operations.
• Assist in aligning operational practices with SAMP (Strategic Asset Management Plan) and ISO 55000 standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related field).
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Facility Management (FM) or Operations.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Solid understanding and background in ISO 55000 standards.
• Proficiency in facility operational workflows.
