Albwan is seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to managing and optimizing driver operations, ensuring efficiency and contributing directly to our operational and sales objectives.

The Role: Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of Hungerstation drivers through a dedicated dashboard. Your role involves providing continuous guidance, addressing operational observations and issues, and ensuring that driver activities align with strategic goals. You will play a key part in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor driver performance daily via the operational dashboard.
• Track key metrics including order volume, working hours, acceptance and completion rates, and other performance indicators.
• Communicate continuously with drivers, providing guidance to enhance performance and productivity.
• Identify and follow up with low-performing drivers, implementing strategies to improve their results.
• Address and resolve operational observations and issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure drivers adhere to all operational instructions and policies.
• Direct drivers to operate in high-demand times and areas to maximize efficiency.
• Contribute directly to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for orders and sales.
• Prepare periodic reports on driver performance and target achievement rates.
• Analyze dashboard data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and performance improvement.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues impacting driver performance.
• Motivate and follow up with drivers to ensure the achievement of required targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, driver management, or the delivery and logistics sector is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in using control dashboards and operational systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
• Ability to read and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, with effective communication skills in both languages.
